2022年3月《装配式冷弯薄壁型钢建筑结构基础》 由厦门大禾速建建筑科技有限公司、广东白云学院粤港澳大湾区装配式建筑技术培训中心、华中科技大学联合出版。
《装配式冷弯薄壁型钢建筑结构基础》主要包含：住宅骨架、组合柱与组合梁、常用连接件、CU结构墙体、CC结构墙体、CU结构楼盖、CC桁架结构楼盖、斜梁屋面与CC背对背屋架、CC开口连接件屋架、屋盖骨架、楼梯；填补了行业空白，作为普通高等学校“十四五”规划土建学科创新应用型系列教材。
培训中心老师参与了《装配式冷弯薄壁型钢结构建筑施工质量验收标准》（已出版）和《装配式冷弯薄壁型钢建筑应用技术规程》的编制。
《装配式冷弯薄壁型钢建筑应用技术规程》由周绪红院士历经三个月的复核，提出了宝贵的修改意见，正在进行修改编订。
